How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Sessions typically last 45–55 minutes. In some cases, extended sessions may be thoughtfully offered when clinically appropriate. Most clients meet once or twice per week, with the frequency of sessions evolving as your work progresses.

I offer in-person sessions at my Portland office located at 1305 NE Fremont Street, Portland, Oregon 97212. The office is positioned near the intersection of NE Fremont St. and NE 13th Ave, with easy access to major bus routes along NE Fremont and nearby corridors such as MLK Jr. Blvd and NE Alberta.
How do I pay for services?

All clients are required to keep a valid card on file, including credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards.

I am in network with MODA Health and PacificSource commercial plans. I can also provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage and reimbursement rates vary, so I encourage you to confirm details with your insurance provider, including any deductible requirements.

If I am not in network with your insurance plan, my EHR system, Carepatron®, will automatically generate a monthly super-bill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider in advance to understand your mental health benefits, telehealth coverage, any session limits, out-of-network deductible requirements, and whether prior authorization is needed.

Under the law, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost for non-emergency services, including psychotherapy, at least one business day before care. You may request this estimate at any time prior to scheduling, and if your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it—be sure to keep a copy for your records. A $200 fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments. I understand that emergencies happen and may waive this fee at my professional discretion.
